CNC Burning and Plasma Cutting, Oxy-fuel Cutting

With Oxy-fuel cutting and 130-amp High-Definition Plasma burning tables, Gregory can accurately and repeatedly cut intricate patterns from steel plate up to six inches thick. Parts can be drafted by Gregory's CAD specialists or produced directly from your CAD-DFX files with tight tolerances and minimal bevel.

Shearing

Exact metal shearing will produce parts to your most critical dimensions. With a shearing capacity of 1-inch thick at 12-feet wide, Gregory Metal Processing can handle all your plate shearing requirements.

Drilling and Punching

Gregory Metal Processing can provide precise hole drilling and punching. With two drill presses to handle the heavier and larger holes, and punch presses of 90-tons and 150-tons, no job is too big or too small.

Sawing

High efficiency Bheringer saw line produces precision metal cutting with accurate dimensions. Sawing services include toll processing of structural and bar products.
